Understanding the latent need of purification, the group has diversified into the filtration segment with an objective to innovate, research, formulate ideally customize product as per the need of Indian water treatment industry with the focus to minimize wastage of water in the name of filtration.

Ginni NEO filters are designed for removal of contaminants from water and other liquids. Due to its novel gradient design and high void volume, It has high filtration efficiency, extremely high dirt holding capacity as well as good retention capability of the contaminants along with low pressure drop.

As the Filter Media is of PET, so apart from Water, it has high suitability in the area of Petroleum oil, edible oil and acid solution and in high temperature filtration. As there is no chemical inside, so can be safely used in Pharma, Cosmetic, Biotechnology industry as well as in other industries

FEATURES

  • Unique process that allows creating nonwoven fabrics with random pores yet pore-size distribution is very even. Unique three dimensional structures allow trapping of lots of dirt & dust within its body.
  • When using these filters, it is observed that it creates lesser amount of pressure drop. These filters can withstand and filter the liquid flowing with temperature up to 90oC with peak temperature of 120oC.
  • Being ‘Make in India’ product developed indigenously, the filters can be customized in terms of weight, width, diameter based on users’ requirement, thus optimizing the product life cycle and reducing overall cost.
  • Ownership cost of this filter is much less than available filters in market. Please ask for customization. We shall be happy to address your concern by achieving desired efficiency in depth filters.
  • Desired micron ratings of output liquid shall be achieved after due analysis of source liquid.
  • To serve diverse needs of different industries, we can incorporate antimicrobial, antifungal, hydrophobic / hydrophilic properties in the filter media.

  • The filter is tested and passed for TOXICITY (passes Bio Reactivity test as per USP <88>, CYTOTOXICITY and Controlled Bioburden i.e. <1000 CFU/Gm)
  • The Media is approved for Food contact act
